Apache Argentina gives life ... by giving blood

For 55 years, Apache employees have been involved in humanitarian and philanthropic projects that support the communities in which we operate. The tradition of community involvement is growing throughout Apache’s newest operating region, Argentina.  

Rescue at sea

At around 10 p.m. Sunday, May 17, the three- man crew at Apache’s Matagorda Island 519L awoke to banging sounds outside their sleeping quarters. Since the platform is located about 15 miles offshore Texas in the Gulf of Mexico, the noise in the night took the workers by surprise.
