Julimar Development Project Milestones

• April 2007 – Julimar-1 gas and condensate discovery
• September 2007 – Brunello-1 gas and condensate discovery
• October 2009 – Apache Corporation and KUFPEC sign agreements to join the Wheatstone LNG Project as natural gas suppliers and foundation equity partners
• May 2010 – FEED commences for the Julimar Development Project (JDP)
• November 2010 – Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) submitted to government
• December 2010 – Wheatstone Project Agreements signed
• April 2011 - JDP Environmental referral submission to DSEWPC for approval
• May 2011 - Final Field Development Plan submitted to Government
• June 2011 - Production License Application
• August 2011 - JDP Environmental Approval
• August 2011 - Formal approval of Final Field Development plan received
• August 2011 - Production License Offer received
• September 2011 - Final Investment Decision (FID)
