Dozens of Apache Houston employees recently traded in the tools of -- their trades for tools of a -- different trade.

With assistance from Apache North Sea Ltd., the city of Aberdeen will soon have a new world-class, extreme sports skating and climbing park at Aberdeen Beach.

Under the guidance of Corporate Outreach, Apache Houston recently organized a new volunteer council to help develop the direction of employee volunteers. The 25-member council, which has been named TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) Apache, met for the first time in May and continues to meet monthly.
