John A. Kocur

JOHN A. KOCUR, 84, joined the Company’s Board of Directors in 1977. Mr. Kocur, who is retired from the private practice of law, served as vice chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors from 1988 to 1991.

At Apache, he is chairman of the Executive Committee, a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, and a member of the Management Development and Compensation Committee.
